Good morning, friends! I hope your week is off to a good start. I was a bit disappointed in myself yesterday because I did not hit the road for a run like intended. It was chilly and windy yesterday after work and I was feeling
a little grumpy. Today will be tough to squeeze in a workout, but just incase the opportunity presents itself, I created this full body circuit that can be done indoors with a set of dumbells and/or a medicine ball.
