Thursday Eats

Good morning!  Just checking in to give you a quick update on the menu this morning:

Breakfast – 1 slice of whole wheat bread with Wild Friends’ Maple Sunflower Butter and a side of fresh blackberries and raspberries:

Lunch: I was feeling extra hungry this morning so I decided to pack the old lunchmeat sandwich.  I only use 1 slice of bread though so that I feel less guilty about the side of chips:

Snack: yogurt and a banana (if needed)

I am changing up my work schedule a bit today so that I can try to make a 4:30 yoga class on the way home, so I’m hoping that is a success.  Gotta run, have a great day!
