Happy Friday!!! We finally made it through another week!
I started my morning bright and early with another Fusion class. When I got home I turned on the news and cut up a pomegranate so that I could create this delicious breakfast.
Honey Walnut Pomegranate Parfait
– 1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt
– handful of walnuts
– handful of pomegranate arils
– drizzle of honey
Mix it all up and enjoy! So simple, yummy, and nutritious!
