Motivation Monday – 25 Days ’til Christmas Circuit Workout

Happy Monday! Today officially marks 25 days until Christmas (holy crap, where does the time go??). After all of the food and relaxing I did the past few days, I definitely need some motivation and some detox today.

With a super busy schedule at work and leftovers calling my name from the fridge, I ended up having pizza for lunch today (total fail, whoops).

But to make-up for my shortcomings, I have created the following circuit workout that I plan to complete tonight.  The great thing about this workout is that it can be completed at home if you don’t have time in your busy schedule to get to the gym.  All you need is a set of dumbbells (or a big imagination)…
